Model train fans will be going loco over a new exhibit Science Timmins is unveiling after Labour Day weekend.
It’s a working electric train and miniature village.
“We have volunteers who have been working on this for the past year,” explained Lorraine Cantin, chairwoman of the Science Timmins board. “The tracks and the trains were donated by Joe Ferrari who was a local school principal.
The CASC office is situated in Robinson Huron Treaty territory and the land on which we learn and live is the traditional territory of the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek.
