Reciprocal Agreement
This agreement offers a unique opportunity for members of CASC organizations to experience other science centres, museums, aquariums, zoos and science engagement hubs free of charge*.
For example, if you are a member at TELUS Spark in Calgary, Alberta and you’re traveling to Regina, Saskatchewan, you can visit the Saskatchewan Science Centre for free with your TELUS Spark Membership.
If you’re a CASC Members Organization (science centre, museum, aquarium, zoo, etc.) and want to apply to be part of the reciprocal agreement, please contact info@casc-accs.com.

Frequently Asked Questions
The reciprocal agreement allows those who have an individual or family membership to a CASC organization (science centre, museum, aquarium, zoo, etc.) FREE general admission when they visit other participating institutions across Canada. Some additional benefits and restrictions may apply (please review the participation list for more details).
Visitors must prove that they are a member of a CASC member organization (ie. membership card). In order to benefit from the reciprocal admission agreement at a participating science CASC members organization, the consumer must live more than 150 km from the place they wish to visit. The front desk staff reserve the right to request photo identification and proof of residence for the agreement to apply.

Each participating CASC member allows free general admission. Some may also allow other benefits such as IMAX films and special exhibitions. Restrictions may also apply. CASC Reciprocal Agreement participants are not required to grant free admission to visitors who do not have their proof of membership.
Photo identification and proof of address may be requested of you, please be prepared when you visit.
There are no limitations on how many times you can utilize the Reciprocal Agreement to your benefit.
Any of CASC’s Science Centre/Museum Members can apply to be part of the reciprocal agreement. If you’re a CASC Member Organization and want to apply to be part of the reciprocal agreement, please contact info@casc-accs.com.
- The CASC Reciprocal Agreement is only valid for individual, grandparents and family memberships – it does not include: corporate, school, daycare or any other group/organization admissions.
- In order to benefit from the reciprocal admission agreement at a CASC institution, the consumer must live more than 150km from the centre they wish to visit. The front desk staff reserves the right to request proof of residence for the agreement to apply.
- We encourage staff of CASC member organizations making personal travel visits to obtain a membership card from their own (participating) institution and thus enjoy the benefits of the reciprocal agreement along with visitors.
There are no special arrangements for staff in the agreement, but reach out and we can arrange something on a case-by-case basis.
