Once again, the Parks Board misleads the public regarding the devastating impact of the new bylaw, which bans future rescued cetaceans from the Vancouver Aquarium.

The truth is that the Vancouver Aquarium’s ability to provide long-term care for sick and injured whales, dolphins and porpoises is essential for a successful rescue program. Read more
